The Lexikon work is partially compliant with ČSN EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (870009) and the WCAG 2.1 standard due to insufficiently accessible content or the exceptions listed below.
Content accessibility
On the website, some information is also offered in the form of PDF and ODS format documents, mainly because they contain typographical elements and formatting that the HTML web format does not support, or are too large, so we recommend downloading them. PDF and ODS formats are also more suitable for printing. To view these documents, you can download Libre Office and Acrobat Reader for free. Web browsers have an integrated application for viewing PDF document formats.
Preparation of the statement
The accessibility statement was prepared on DD-MM-YYYY
This statement was prepared by an assessment carried out by the publisher of the Lexikon. Act No. 99/2019 Coll., and the methodological instructions of the Ministry of the Interior to this act, EN 301 549 V2.1.2 standards and the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1 standard were used to prepare the statement.
Unaccessible content
The content listed below is not accessible, as bringing these deficiencies into compliance with the law and the rules of accessibility would in this case be financially demanding for the publisher, so according to § 7 of Act 99/2019 Coll. this is not subsequently adjusted and an exception is temporarily applied due to disproportionate burden in the sense of Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
Some PDF documents on websites do not have a machine-readable layer (Rule 1.1.1 Non-text content)
